Job Description:
We’re hiring a Senior Frontend Developer with 6+ years of experience to contribute to the development of our React web applications. This role is ideal for a highly skilled frontend engineer who enjoys building scalable, high-performance applications, collaborating across teams, and contributing to technical decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Our platform powers a significant portion of our logistics and warehouse operations, used both internally and by external partners across North America. You’ll work with a globally distributed engineering team (based in Canada, the Philippines, and Iran) in an agile environment, contributing to a modern and scalable logistics platform.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop, maintain, and enhance scalable React web applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and high-quality code following frontend best practices and standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects to implement scalable frontend solutions.
• Work closely with product, design, and backend teams to translate requirements into intuitive and efficient user interfaces.
• Optimize frontend performance, including profiling, caching strategies, and improving render/load times.
• Implement and manage application state using tools such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API.
• Integrate real-time data flows using WebSockets and third-party services such as Google APIs.
• Build consistent and responsive UI components using modern styling solutions such as Tailwind, Styled Components, and SASS.
• Maintain and improve frontend tooling and build systems using Webpack, Vite, Babel, Jest, ESLint, and Prettier.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and contribute to reliable, high-quality releases.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
• Collaborate effectively with a globally distributed engineering team.

Qualifications:
• 6+ years of professional experience in frontend development with strong expertise in modern JavaScript ecosystems.
• Strong proficiency in React, TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and component-based architecture.
• Experience with state management tools such as Redux, Zustand, Recoil, or Context API.
• Experience with frontend performance optimization, profiling, caching, and large-scale application tuning.
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React Server Components, Tailwind CSS, Styled Components, or SASS.
• Experience integrating WebSockets, Google APIs, and real-time data flows.
• Strong understanding of frontend build tools and workflows including Webpack, Vite, Babel, Jest, ESLint, and Prettier.
• Experience working in agile or startup environments is highly valued.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with distributed teams.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Experience with React Native is considered a strong plus.

Nice to Have:
React Native experience (Expo preferred).
