Responsibilities:
As a Senior Marketing Growth Manager at DelGate Logistics, you will be pivotal in driving our marketing efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop and execute strategies that accelerate growth. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
As a Senior Marketing Growth Manager at DelGate Logistics, you will be pivotal in driving our marketing efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop and execute strategies that accelerate growth. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
- B2B Marketing Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Identify target audiences, segment markets, and create tailored campaigns.
- Paid Advertising:
- Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Optimize ad performance, monitor budgets, and analyze results.
- Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
- Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
- Drive SEM initiatives, including keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
- Craft ABM programs to engage key accounts.
- Personalize content and messaging for high-value prospects.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
- Present performance reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Strong understanding of SEM principles.
- Familiarity with ABM strategies.
- Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
