Responsibilities: 
As a Senior Marketing Growth Manager at DelGate Logistics, you will be pivotal in driving our marketing efforts. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll develop and execute strategies that accelerate growth. Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:

  1. B2B Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
    • Identify target audiences, segment markets, and create tailored campaigns.
  2. Paid Advertising:
    • Manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
    • Optimize ad performance, monitor budgets, and analyze results.
    • Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates.
  3. Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
    • Drive SEM initiatives, including keyword research, bid management, and ad copy optimization.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes.
  4. Account-Based Marketing (ABM):
    • Craft ABM programs to engage key accounts.
    • Personalize content and messaging for high-value prospects.
  5. Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track KPIs, analyze data, and provide actionable insights.
    • Present performance reports to stakeholders.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the logistics industry.
  • Proficiency in managing PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Strong understanding of SEM principles.
  • Familiarity with ABM strategies.
  • Excellent analytical skills and data-driven mindset.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal communication).
