The ideal candidate will facilitate the design and development of our software projects, ensuring seamless communication and robust project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring that project milestones are met and aligned with business objectives.
- Conduct detailed business analysis to guide strategic decisions and improve processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure clear communication and effective project delivery.
- Implement best practices in project management and Agile methodologies.
- Prepare and present reports on project status and development plans to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technical environment.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and available during PST business hours.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications in Agile and Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) are highly desirable.
