Location: Remote (Must be available during Pacific Time Zone business hours)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic programming team. This role requires a unique blend of real-world experience in managing technical teams, a deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies, and strong business analysis skills. The ideal candidate will facilitate the design and development of our software projects, ensuring seamless communication and robust project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as Scrum Master, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Oversee multiple project teams, ensuring that project milestones are met and aligned with business objectives.
Conduct detailed business analysis to guide strategic decisions and improve processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and product managers to ensure clear communication and effective project delivery.
Implement best practices in project management and Agile methodologies.
Prepare and present reports on project status and development plans to stakeholders.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technical environment.
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
Exceptional communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and available during PST business hours.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. Relevant certifications in Agile and Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM) are highly desirable.
