Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Coordinate with managers and Finance teams to ensure timely and accurate processing of employee contracts and payments.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Familiarity with various recruitment techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion and professionalism.
- English Communication Skills Requirement: Fluent English communication skills are essential for this position.
