شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview, and select applicants.
Prepare personnel forecasts to project employment needs.
Determine selection criteria for the recruitment procedure.
Source potential candidates through diverse channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster a positive attitude toward organizational objectives.
Study legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as job applications, CV screening, CBIs, assessment centers, hires, etc.
Develop, administer, and evaluate applicant tests.
Negotiate bargaining agreements and help interpret labor contracts

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a talent acquisition professional or a similar role.
Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations.
Proper English proficiency level in order to research and study the latest publications and standards.
