Dataak is looking for a passionate and energetic Senior Scrum Master to join the full-time team in Tehran, Iran. You are guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers. Moreover, you help the team get the most of our self-organization, remove impediments, or guide the team to remove impediments by finding the right person to remove the barrier. You are going to work closely with the scrum team and stakeholders.
Requirements
At least three years of Scrum Master experience with the software team
Master the principles of Agile and experience its implementation
Familiarity with Kanban and Scrumban
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Time management skills
Fluent in English
Ability to interact effectively with other team members as well as individuals in other disciplines and organizations
Preferred Skills/Experience
Experience working with large software teams
basic knowledge of artificial intelligence and big data
