Job Description
Conduct workshops, online training sessions, individual training sessions, and shop by shop training etc.
Prepare training materials such as sales talk, videos, presentations, and localize training materials based on data etc.
Train and guide new employees
Support and mentor employees
Conduct shops evaluations to identify areas of improvement
Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are performing according to training.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, information technology, or related field
Impressive communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Familiar with accessory product (earphone, tablet, smart watch, etc.) specification
Familiar with Mobile phone
