شرح موقعیت شغلی

As a Product Designer , you will be responsible for leading the design of cutting-edge products that meet user needs and business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, engaging, and impactful designs.
 
 Tasks in detail:

  • Design compelling user experiences that are engaging and sticky enough that we can engage a user to learn to read while enjoying it.
  • Design for extreme simplicity such that the product is immediately usable by anyone, regardless of age, education level, or previous exposure to digital products.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.
  • Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.
 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as UI/UX or Product Designer, demonstrating proficiency in creating engaging designs.
  • A portfolio showcasing problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in crafting designs that drive positive outcomes.
  • Experience in collaborating with multidisciplinary UX and product teams.
  • Experience in implementing visual design systems across a range of platforms in an iterative environment.
  • Creating, iterating on, and supporting the testing of new UX designs.
  • Proficient with industry-standard design tools (most importantly Figma. Any skill level of Protopie or origami is a bonus)
  • Advanced skills in problem-solving and familiarity with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to design for platforms such as Mobile, Android, iOS, and, desktop.
  • Self-motivated, and able to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, and the ability to build good working relationships.
  • You foster an open, inclusive environment for others to provide feedback, share ideas, and crack challenging problems together.
  • You are known as a strong communicator who articulates design rationale based on qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Eager to learn and Test new techniques and Tools.
