شرح موقعیت شغلی

 About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Expert who combines strong technical development capabilities with hands-on experience in SAP Authorization & User Administration. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fully remote environment, has a proactive mindset, and can communicate effectively in English with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize SAP solutions using ABAP, UI5/Fiori, and/or OData Services
  • Manage user roles, profiles, and authorization concepts across SAP modules
  • Work closely with business analysts and functional consultants to translate business requirements into secure, efficient technical solutions
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve security-related issues and access violations
  • Implement and maintain SAP best practices related to authorization and system security
  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate in DevOps processes
  • Document technical specifications, procedures, and authorization matrices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SAP development (ABAP / UI5 / Fiori / BTP / CDS Views / etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Authorization Concepts, PFCG, SU01, SUIM, and audit/security best practices
  • Familiarity with S/4HANA environment is a strong advantage
  • Good understanding of SAP modules like FI, MM, SD, HCM (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance)
  • Exposure to SAP Cloud Platform or SAP BTP
  • Understanding of IAM (Identity & Access Management) principles
