We’re looking for a talented and genuinely passionate SEO Specialist to join our team. If you enjoy digging into data, discovering keyword opportunities, improving website performance, and building smart SEO strategies that actually move the needle, we’d love to meet you.

In this role, you’ll have ownership over our SEO efforts from technical audits and content optimization to link‑building and performance reporting. You’ll be working closely with content, design, and development teams to ensure our website ranks higher, performs better, and delivers a smoother user experience.

What You’ll Do

Keyword Research & Analysis

Conduct deep, insightful keyword research and competitor analysis
Evaluate search intent, difficulty, and opportunities for growth
Work with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Keyword Planner, and KWFinder

On‑Page SEO & Content Optimization

Optimize titles, headers, meta descriptions, and overall page structure
Improve existing content and ensure it matches SEO best practices
Collaborate with writers to develop SEO‑driven topics and content outlines
Help shape content strategy based on real data and search trends

Technical SEO

Improve site speed, technical architecture, and internal linking
Manage Robots.txt, XML Sitemaps, redirects, and crawlability
Identify and fix technical issues using SEO tools and audits
Monitor crawl errors, 404s, and overall technical health
Apply basic HTML knowledge when needed

Off‑Page SEO & Link‑Building

Plan and execute effective link‑building strategies
Manage outreach, guest posting, and PR campaigns
Oversee advertorial campaigns — from picking media outlets to structuring the content
Analyze and monitor backlink profiles using Ahrefs, Moz and similar tools

Analytics, Reporting & Monitoring

Review performance metrics in Google Analytics and Search Console
Identify issues, opportunities, and new areas for growth
Create clear, actionable reports for the team and management
Keep an eye on competitor performance and industry trends
Stay up to date with algorithm changes and SEO best practices

Local SEO

Set up and optimize Google Business Profile
Improve visibility in local search results
Maintain consistency across local directories and citations

Tools & Platforms You’ll Work With

WordPress (advanced level)
WooCommerce
Rank Math / Yoast
Elementor, WP Rocket, Wordfence
GA, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog

What We’re Looking For

At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in SEO
Strong command of WordPress and WooCommerce
Good understanding of UX principles and how they impact rankings
Confidence in analyzing KPIs like CTR, bounce rate, conversions, etc.
Solid grounding in On‑Page, Off‑Page, and Technical SEO
Strong writing sense and understanding of web content structure
Basic HTML knowledge
Familiarity with e‑commerce website structures
Comfortable using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting
Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized
Detail‑oriented, reliable, and proactive
Strong communication and teamwork skills
