Job Title: On-Camera Presenter & Scriptwriter for YouTube Channel

We create engaging, high-quality talking heads and explainer videos focused on marketing / b2b lead generation. We aim to inform, entertain, and connect with our audience through clear, energetic, and compelling content.

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic and charismatic on-camera presenter with near-native English proficiency. You’ll be the face and voice of our channel, bringing life and energy to our videos. In addition to presenting, you’ll occasionally write scripts that align with our content style and vision.

Key Responsibilities:

Present talking head and explainer videos with confidence, enthusiasm, and clarity.
Deliver content in an engaging, energetic, and loud style that captures the audience's attention.
Collaborate with the production team on video concepts, style, and execution.
Write clear, concise, and well-structured scripts when needed (Preferred).
Research topics to ensure accurate and up-to-date information (Preferred).
Take direction and feedback to refine on-camera delivery and script quality.

Requirements:

Near-native English speaking skills with excellent pronunciation and clarity.
Strong on-camera presence with high energy and expressive delivery.
Comfortable speaking loudly and clearly without sounding forced.
Ability to write engaging, well-structured scripts (Preferred).
Creativity and adaptability in developing engaging content.
Experience with YouTube or similar video platforms is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in presenting, acting, or public speaking.
Background in content creation, scriptwriting, or video production.
Familiarity with video marketing and audience engagement techniques.
