Senior SEO Specialist

As a Senior SEO Specialist, you will be a key driver in developing and executing advanced SEO strategies to boost our organic visibility and drive sustainable growth. You will lead complex SEO projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and mentor junior SEO team members. This role requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, content strategy, and data analytics to ensure our digital assets rank at the top of search results. You will also be responsible for identifying new opportunities, optimizing existing content, and staying ahead of industry trends.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to achieve business objectives.
Perform in-depth keyword research and identify high-value keyword opportunities.
Oversee technical SEO audits and provide actionable recommendations to improve site health.
Lead content optimization initiatives, including on-page SEO and content gap analysis.
Optimize website architecture, internal linking, and navigation for improved user experience and crawlability.
Monitor and analyze site performance, search engine rankings, and traffic patterns using tools such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, and SEMrush.
Keep abreast of the latest SEO and industry trends, algorithm changes, and emerging technologies.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the marketplace.
Mentor and train junior team members on SEO best practices.

Qualifications:


Proficiency in SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, and Google Analytics.
Deep knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO best practices.
Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and structured data.
Ability to perform advanced keyword research and data-driven analysis.
Experience with large-scale website optimization and complex site migrations.
Excellent project management and team collaboration skills.
Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex SEO data in a clear and actionable manner.
