Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Zoho Specialist to join our development team and work closely with our talented developers, unlocking the full potential of Zoho applications for our clients.
As part of our team, you'll work on diverse projects, from custom software development to web design and CRM implementation. With a client-centric approach, we tailor solutions to meet specific business needs, delivering exceptional results that enhance efficiency and profitability.

Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with developers to configure, customize, and integrate Zoho modules, tailoring themto meet client requirements.
● Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business needs, analyze workflows, anddesign efficient solutions using Zoho's suite of applications.
● Provide expert guidance to developers, ensuring the seamless implementation of Zoho solutionsand adherence to best practices.
● Develop and implement complex workflows, automating business processes and optimizingproductivity.
● Collaborate with clients to understand their specific business needs, translating them intotechnical requirements and actionable development plans.
● Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance of Zoho applications, identifying and resolvingany issues or bugs.
● Stay up-to-date with the latest Zoho updates, features, and enhancements, exploring newfunctionalities and recommending innovative solutions to clients.
● Assist in pre-sales activities, including conducting demos, preparing proposals, and addressingtechnical inquiries.

Requirements:
● Availability to work during Australian Eastern Standard Time (AEST) business hours.
● Proven experience as a Zoho Specialist or similar role, with a deep understanding of Zoho's suiteof applications and development capabilities.
● Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and work with developers,understanding their technical requirements and translating them into actionable tasks.
● Expertise in configuring and customizing Zoho modules, with a focus on seamless integrationand efficient data flow.
● Strong knowledge of workflow automation and experience in creating complex workflows usingZoho.
● Proficiency in scripting languages such as Deluge or JavaScript to customize Zoho applications.
● API Integration: Integrating Zoho applications with other third-party systems using Zoho APIs, webhooks, and other integration methods.
● Database Design: Designing and implementing complex database structures and data modelswithin Zoho applications to handle specific business requirements.
● Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
● Prior experience in client-facing roles, with a customer-centric mindset and the ability tounderstand and address client needs.
● Zoho certifications or relevant qualifications are a plus.
● Fluent in English (Conversation)
