شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Designing customer orders (advertising designs such as business cards, tracts, brochures, etc.)
• Communicating proficiently with customers and answering their questions in English through phone calls or tickets.
• Checking the files sent by customers and sending the design approval to the customers in English.
• Guiding customers in using website services.

• Familiar with design and design software (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
• Helping and guiding customers in the field of design and printing through phone, email and chat.
• Proficient in customer negotiation tactics.

• Proficiency in English (at the level of a native)
• Ability to prepare and present related reports
• Familiar with the principles of customer orientation and communication
• Committed to punctuality and responsible
• Eager to learn new technologies
• Ability to work in the afternoon shift (from 5:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. on-site or remotely)
• Ability to work from Monday to Friday (holidays include Saturday and Sunday)
