شرح موقعیت شغلی

The Enterprise Excellence Specialist at Khodro45 plays a key role in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. This position is responsible for leading and supporting projects that enhance operational efficiency, optimize processes, and foster a culture of excellence across all departments. This will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, implement best practices, and monitor performance metrics to ensure sustained success.

Responsibilities:

Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
Lead initiatives to identify cost-saving opportunities across departments.
Analyze budgetary data and operational processes to optimize expenditure.
Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Conduct root cause analysis and develop action plans to address underlying issues.
Establish metrics to measure process performance and monitor outcomes.

Requirements:

Degree in MBA, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Experience in process improvement, cost management, and data analysis.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively.
Knowledge of RAC (Risk, Audit, Compliance) requirements and experience with standard documentation practices.
Proficiency in SQL Server, query development, and Power BI for data manipulation and visualization is a plus.
