CarChain is a new generation of transportation platforms. Exclusive design of network architecture and stable mechanism for economic, make a collaborative and beneficiary platform for all participants. Some of most important features of platform are: transparent laws based on smart contracts, scalable decentralized servers, and protection of privacy, low fees, balanced market prices and smoothing payments with token.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a strong background in software development on senior roles, leading and managing our development and operations of our pioneering platform Carchain service as "Senior Back-end Developer"
Help us shape the next-generation platform for general transportation.
Responsibilities:
• Set the strategy and lead the architecture design & development for our technology platform;
• Hands-on development of our core business and tech stack;
• Build & Manage partnerships and external relationships;
• Represent the technological agenda in staff meetings and when making hiring decisions;
• Identify, compare, select and implement technology solutions to meet current and future needs;
• Manage and optimize infrastructure assets to satisfy internal financial targets;
• Create overall technology standards and practices and ensure adherence;
• Track, analyze and monitor technology performance metrics;
• Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture;
• Keep abreast of new trends and best practices in the technology landscape;
• Take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity;
• Work closely with Product Design, Marketing, Business Development and Operations to define and deliver new products;
• Further our teams fundamental understanding of emerging technologies (Blockchain, Fintech);

Qualifications:
• +8 years’ experience in software development with exposure to senior roles;
• Full stack engineer preferred;
• General focus on Cloud & Web Services preferred;
• Agile product development mentality required;
• Basic understanding of Blockchain technology and crypto currencies
• Great communication skills and fluent English;
• Solid executive document creation skills;
• Lean and scrappy startup mentality;
• Basic understand of Machine Learning concepts;
• Passionate about Finance, Blockchain;
• Familiar with NodeJS/Python or PHP programming
• Familiar with database architecture.
• Familiar with micro service structure
• Familiar with financial development service
• Full stack engineer preferred;
