Job description

Canada Create Agency is a digital marketing company located in Toronto, Canada, with team members and clients from around the world. Our mission is to help all businesses succeed with digital marketing.

After defining each advertising project, your responsibility starts with the textual and graphic design of the ad and includes setting up, constant monitoring, optimization, and finally, preparing a monthly report.

It is necessary to master all the following PPC Ad platforms

Google Local Ads (Adwords)
Google Map Ads
Google Display Ads/ Remarketing Ads
Youtube Ads
Instagram/FaceBook Ads
Linkedin Ads

General Requirements

Fluent in English (Excellent, professional verbal and written communication skills)
REMOTE WORK (Digitally savvy and comfortable working online)
Committed to deadlines and Dedicated to on-time project delivery
Ability to work productively in teams of people with diverse work styles, roles, and agile goals
Superior work habits, troubleshooting and self-correction, passion for marketing
Passionate and enthusiastic about working with international clients
Coordinate with internal team members to manage the production of deliverables and execution of services. Respond to client requests and concerns with a sense of urgency and a focus on resolution and client delight
Very great attention to detail and the ability to spot errors, typos, and inconsistencies
A sense of ownership around their responsibilities and submitted work

Skills

Google Ads certification is a must.
Complete knowledge of Lead Generation and Sales Funnel.
Excellent knowledge of modern content marketing best practices
Have a dual-minded approach: You're highly creative, but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on facts to promote Ads.
A willingness and ability to go where the needs are, whether that's writing work, optimization work, editing work, or a mixture of all three
A knack for understanding an audience's intent
Exceptional writing skills and the ability to quickly get up-to-speed on the unfamiliar subject matter
An ability to describe product/service features in a creative and informative way (Take client objectives and turn them into compelling stories)
A consistent record of crafting solid copy across several mediums
Stay abreast of current best practices in the industry and review competitor websites to compare their activities with those of our company
Explain complex ideas and concepts through crisp copy that communicates the key points

Advantages

Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems
Experience with google search console, analytics, Ahrefs
Familiar with social networks and hashtag marketing
