Responsibilities

Study about our software and understands their requirements

Write user manual for our software

Communicate with our technical team to gather the software specifications

Work collaboratively with developers to create easy to understand documents for other team members

Support the Marketing team to produce concise, effective information and documentation for our products so they can quickly learn about and use our products

Review existing documentation and edit where needed to ensure content is clear, concise, captivating, accurate, and usable

Maintain the accuracy of information as product and organization requirements evolve

Requirements

Expertise in technical, business writing techniques

Capable of creating content from bullet points and rough notes

Ability to write in plain language

Competent in analyzing, editing, and standardizing existing content and material prepared by other team members

Proven experience in software documentation

Ability to quickly grasp new technical concepts

Experience working with business/marketing teams to create a variety of business materials

Ability to identify and communicate both potential issues and opportunities

Adept at considering problems from all angles and contributing effectively to solution options

Adaptable in a fast paced, dynamic, and growing organization

Proficient in creating and delivering presentations

Effective in interfacing with both technical and non-technical audiences

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Strong written and oral English communication
