About the Role

BSUPERIOR SYSTEM LTD. is seeking an Email Marketing Specialist who can work remotely. This position is responsible for strategizing, planning, and implementing email, marketing automation programs, and writing email templates. The candidate must have understanding of email marketing best practices and, is comfortable working independently as well as in a team and adjusts easily to changing business requirements

Responsibilities

Launch campaigns and perform A/B testing on all elements of nurturing (lists, email templates, CTA's, offers, etc.) and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
Analyze and optimize marketing performance to drive conversions
Regularly identify and suggest new opportunities for leveraging email and marketing automation to drive business goals
Understand and enforce data & email best practices.
Track and report daily key performance metrics.
Providing support to web and marketing teams in other digital related projects and initiatives as required.

Minimum Requirements

Proficient in English with good writing and listening skills
digital marketing experience, focused on email marketing, marketing automation, CRM management and database marketing.
Have experience running A/B tests with a focus on conversion optimization
Excellent problem-solving skills
Effective time management, organization and leadership skills.
You have experience with direct response copywriting.
Attention to detail
