Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, plan, and execute a diverse range of events within our co-working space.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their event visions and tailor solutions accordingly.
Prepare comprehensive plans and event schedules.
Manage event logistics, including scheduling and coordination with sponsors and Service providers.
Prepare financial plans for events, ensuring optimal resource allocation and financial sustainability.
Maintain budgetary control and ensure cost-effective execution while maintaining high-quality standards.
Negotiate and secure sponsorships for events, fostering valuable partnerships and enhancing event offerings.
Innovate and devise event concepts aligned with company goals and community needs, fostering engagement and relevance.
Oversee on-site event operations, ensuring seamless execution and attendee satisfaction.
Collect and analyse feedback to continuously elevate our event offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in management or a relevant field preferred.
Proven track record in event planning and management, ideally within co-working spaces or startup Studios.
Exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective client, sponsor, and team collaboration.
Creative flair to design innovative event concepts aligned with our brand identity.
problem-solving skills and the ability to tackle challenges head-on.
Proficiency in event management software and tools is a plus.
