شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to turn our software into easy-to-use products for our clients. As a product designer, you will play a crucial role in creating exceptional user experiences and driving the visual design of our products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, and Engineers, to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centric designs.

Responsibilities:

- Create Wireframe and User flow and details of user interaction with the product

Pixel perfect user interface design and its elements for different web and mobile platforms.

- Execution of user tests such as usability test, focus groups, A / B test, etc. based on product needs

- Conduct periodic interviews with stakeholders and end users to gain deeper insights into the business and craft the most effective design solutions.

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience working in the software product team as a UI / UX designer

- Complete mastery of design guidelines for Web and Android, iOS platforms

- Complete mastery of one of the product design software such as Sketch or Figma

- Complete mastery in designing and implementing Design System and managing components and symbols

- Complete mastery of the User Centered Design process

- Familiarity with the types of product usability tests and experience of holding usability test sessions

- Familiarity with the agile software development process, especially scrum, is an advantage.

- Familiarity with illustration and working with Adobe Illustrator software is an advantage

- The experience of writing a User Story, studying the user, drawing a customer roadmap and editing Prosona is an advantage.
