• Continually pursue business development opportunities that are aligned with corporate goals and strategy
• Strategically identify areas of growth and new business opportunities
• Plan, write and negotiate business proposals 
• Identify new tender/project opportunities and pursue them
• Develop, build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure that service offerings meet or exceed our client’s expectations
• Identify, evaluate and build international strategic partnership 
• Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge, understand our business culture, and potential competitors 
• Effectively represent our company to our current and potential clients and partners
• Write business plans, marketing plan/strategy, feasibility study and update them regularly 
• Create content for website, company profile, etc. 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC industry preferably in power, water and renewable energy
• Having engineering, business/marketing degree is preferable 
• Outstanding presentation skills
• Proven experience in marketing, business development and EPC industry 
• Ability to utilize multiple platforms to promote & engage with customers
• A sound knowledge of industry & opportunities
• Ability to develop innovative approaches to find new opportunities
• Strong interpersonal skills & a proven ability to build and maintain networks
• Demonstrated problem solving skills
• Excellent organization, planning & time management skills
• Fluent in English 
• Effective communication skills
