شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Expert to support our international business goals in EPC industry. This key role will report directly to the CEO.

In order to be successful in the role you will need the ability to:

Continually pursue business development opportunities that are aligned with corporate goals and strategy
Strategically identify areas of growth and new business opportunities
Plan, write and negotiate business proposals
Identify new tender/project opportunities and pursue them
Develop, build and maintain strong business relationships to ensure that service offerings meet or exceed our client’s expectations
Identify, evaluate and build international strategic partnership
Maintain up-to-date industry knowledge, understand our business culture, and potential competitors
Effectively represent our company to our current and potential clients and partners
Write business plans, marketing plan/strategy, feasibility study and update them regularly
Create content for website, company profile, etc.

Skills required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in EPC industry preferably in power, water and renewable energy
Having engineering, business/marketing degree is preferable
Outstanding presentation skills
Proven experience in marketing, business development and EPC industry
Ability to utilize multiple platforms to promote & engage with customers
A sound knowledge of industry & opportunities
Ability to develop innovative approaches to find new opportunities
Strong interpersonal skills & a proven ability to build and maintain networks
Demonstrated problem solving skills
Excellent organization, planning & time management skills
Fluent in English
Effective communication skills

• کسب رتبه 123 ENR در بین 250 پیمانکار برتر جهانی – 2023
• کسب رتبه 153 ENR در بین 250 پیمانکار برتر جهانی – 2021
• کسب رتبه 153 از 500 شرکت برتر و رتبه 5 پیمانکاری – 1401
• صادرکننده نمونه ملی خدمات فنی و مهندسی – 1398 و 1399
• صادرکننده نمونه ملی تجهیزات – 1400
