The Data Scientist will be responsible for the organization's data strategy and will lead the effort to build a modern suite of analytical tools for Bitpin. The success will be defined by the trust and agility in data-driven decision making you will drive across the engineering and data analytics organization. You will work closely with CPO and you will have deep experience building data systems and experimentation frameworks from the ground up, familiarity with analytical solutions, along with exceptional analytical capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Develop and implement a data and analytics strategy aligned with company objectives and goals.
• Define the data architecture and system design to ensure real-time data availability, consistency, and integrity.
• Drive innovation and improvement by staying on top of emerging trends and implementing new data-driven initiatives.
• Foster a data-driven culture by promoting data literacy and the use of data-driven decision frameworks.
• Build data models and provide deeper insights into the product, customer behaviors, and UX.
Drive the creation, evolution, and adoption of core KPIs.
• Work with stakeholders to drive insights, automation, and identify opportunities to leverage data to improve processes and decision-making.
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, including product analytics, digital analytics, or data science
• Advanced technical skills in data modeling, SQL, Databricks, and Python
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale data warehouses and analytical solutions
• Understanding of exchange, trade and digital products, with particular focus on product usage is a bonus
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
