Summary:

The Product Design Lead is responsible for the overall user experience of product at Bitpin. They work with Product and Technology teams to ensure that the product is easy to use and accessible to everyone. They also lead a small team of designers and make significant contributions to the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities:

Lead a team of designers to create product-wide design consistency.
Contribute to the business as a solid individual contributor.
Design coherent, seamless, and emotionally resonant user experiences.
Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to turn vision into reality.
Prioritize resources to deliver results.
Understand customer needs and behaviors to design a seamless user experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or equivalent work experience
6+ years experience in user experience or product design roles
3+ years leading a team
Mac proficiency, Figma, Google Suite
Excellent communicator with ability to simplify complex technology concepts
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
Experience operating in a high-growth startup environment or similar fast-moving product org with strong prioritization and efficient use of resources
Capable program management skills driving cross functional teams toward shared deadlines and goals
Experience working in a multicultural, decentralized environment
Ability to work independently, effectively influence and communicate across all levels of management
BONUS: Prior experience work within the Crypto space.
