Key Accountabilities
- Administering employment contracts and maintaining employee records
- Oversee and manage the talent sourcing, recruitment, and selection process
- Maintain the personal records of employees (CV Database) on matters such as wages, leave, and training
- Conduct phone interviews with potential candidates, setting interviews and sending an invitation on managers calendar, and prepare interviews folder by required forms
- Job analysis and preparation of job descriptions
- Create employee training and development, including onboarding and ongoing personal and professional development opportunities
- Carry out the day-to-day operations for Human Resources, e.g., recruitment, leave administration, onboarding, performance appraisal, etc.
- Conducts exit interviews and summarizes findings
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Ensure the overall well-being, health, and safety
- Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation & onboarding process
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- 2+ years experience in the similar role
- BS or MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Age: 26-34 years old
- Persuasive, driven, task-oriented, innovative, influential
- Patient, tactful, diplomatic, and approachable with strong communication skills
- Problem solver with the ability to deal with disputes, grievances, and staffing problems
- Familiarity with full-cycle recruiting
- Respect the importance of confidentiality
- Entrepreneurship spirit with a passion to work in an agile, fast-moving, startup environment
- Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail
