شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Cooperate with the sales and customer support teams, extract the exact customer pains, and turn them into valuable and meaningful product refinements.
Align with Product Manager and Business to address new product needs/problems with benchmarked ideas and solutions.
Identify new product improvement opportunities.
Find out how a new product or features can potentially satisfy market & customer needs.
Keep yourself updated on visual and product design trends.
Coordinate with other design team members to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
Document the result of your research in a way that other teams can utilize for their own benefit.

Requirements:

+2 years of hands-on experience in product design both on desktop and mobile
Strong graphic and visual design skills (e.g., Foundations of Color, Typography Principles, Multi-Layout Design)
Mastery of design tools such as Sketch or Figma
Deep understanding of Design Systems and Design Documentation
Strong “Information Design & Hierarchy” skills
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to collect and interpret both qualitative and quantitative feedback
Ability to effectively communicate and persuade around design concepts
Passion for design; not satisfied with the status quo and always thinking of ways to improve
Excellent attention to details
Provide assistance to product and business teams
Fluent in English
