Key Accountabilities
- Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy
- Develop job descriptions and specifications
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/LinkedIn/universities etc.
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
- Screen candidates resume and job applications
- Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, hard & soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated § Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- BS or MSc in Human Resources or relevant field
- 2+ years experience in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes such as video and phone interviews, etc.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems(CMS)
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Age: 27-35 years old
- Persuasive, driven, task-oriented, innovative, influential
- Patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable with strong communication skills
- Familiarity with full cycle recruiting
- Respect the importance of confidentiality
- Entrepreneurship spirit with a passion to work in an agile, fast-moving, startup environment
