شرح موقعیت شغلی

Key Accountabilities

  • Design and implement an overall recruiting strategy 
  • Develop job descriptions and specifications 
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/LinkedIn/universities etc.   
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.  
  • Screen candidates resume and job applications 
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, hard & soft skills, experience, and aptitudes   
  • Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated §  Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices 
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process 
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • BS or MSc in Human Resources or relevant field 
  • 2+ years experience in a similar role 
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes such as video and phone interviews, etc. 
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems(CMS)  
  • Excellent MS Office skills 
  • Age: 27-35 years old 
  • Persuasive, driven, task-oriented, innovative, influential 
  • Patient, tactful, diplomatic and approachable with strong communication skills 
  • Familiarity with full cycle recruiting 
  • Respect the importance of confidentiality 
  • Entrepreneurship spirit with a passion to work in an agile, fast-moving, startup environment
