About the Company:

Job Description:

As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Conduct technical, security, and business impact analysis of changes.
Evaluate risk levels and potential consequences.
Document risk assessments and escalate for decision-making.
Facilitate communication between Change Owners and operational units.
Support execution of high-risk changes and monitor implementation accuracy.
Analyze change outcomes and update CMDB accordingly.
Identify successful and failed changes and report improvement recommendations.
Coordinate planning sessions and resolve conflicts between execution teams.
Provide technical consultation for complex changes.
Feasibility study of requirements.
Timely delivery of requirements to the employer and understanding of requests.
Preparing a financial document (Proposal).

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Computer Science.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in change management or related fields.
Familiarity with Risk analysis & Project management tools.
Reference-level understanding of business processes and ITIL framework.
Strong teamwork and accountability.
