About the Company:

Job Description:

As a Technical Manager, you will be responsible for:

Leading and coordinating various technical teams (Database, IT Infrastructure, Storage, Virtualization, Big Data, Cloud, OS Linux, and OS Windows).
Overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization's IT infrastructure.
Leading the planning and management of the organization’s database systems (relational and NoSQL).
Supervising the use of big data technologies and cloud services for data processing and analytics.
Developing and implementing disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Managing relationships with technology vendors and service providers.
Developing and managing budgets for technical projects and operations.
Ensuring systems and data adhere to regulatory compliance and security standards.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in database management, IT infrastructure, storage, virtualization, big data, cloud technologies, and operating systems (Linux/Windows).
Familiarity with infrastructure management tools, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and security frameworks.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic team environment and high level of accountability.
Proven experience in technical leadership roles managing diverse teams and complex projects.
