Basic information related to GSM concepts
Basic knowledge in eTom framework
Ability to process modeling via different methodologies and tools such as RUP, Agile and BPMN
Ability to communicate with customer
Ability to technical documentation
Basic knowledge in System Engineering and Software Engineering concepts
