استخدام Field Supervisor(آقا)

We are looking for an experienced Field Supervisor to organize and oversee the operations of a part of the field marketing team. The role of the Field Supervisor is to lead and motivate the field team, implement field marketing activities and ensure our client’s tasks will be handled in the best possible way.

Main Responsibilities:
- Executing and managing field marketing tasks like promoting, training, data collection and etc.
- Lead a team of field forces towards effective collaboration and achievement of goals
- Handling ad hoc tasks requested by our international client
- Recruiting and training field forces
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Controlling the training and development of your staff
- Ensure compliance with company's policies and operational guidelines
- Investigating the current marketplace and feeding back important market and competitive information
- Optimize and oversee operations to ensure efficiency
- Report to senior executives on progress and issues

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a supervisor of field manager or similar managerial role
- Ability to travel in-town a lot
- Full-time presence in the market
- In-depth understanding of promoting
- Ideal Age Range: 25 - 35
