Job Description: We are inviting an experienced Reinforcement Learning Expert to join our ambitious and innovative team. In this role, you will spearhead the development of groundbreaking reinforcement learning models for financial market analysis and trading strategy optimization. Your expertise will be instrumental in advancing Basilica Finance's position as a leader in AI-powered trading solutions.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement advanced reinforcement learning algorithms for market prediction and trading strategy development.
  • Collaborate with our team of quantitative analysts and traders to enhance trading models with real-time market data.
  • Prototype, backtest, and deploy robust trading algorithms in a live market environment.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial data analysis to identify trends and predictive factors.
  • Keep abreast of the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and financial modeling.
  • Effectively communicate complex analytical concepts to stakeholders and team members.
Qualifications:


  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in reinforcement learning, especially in the context of financial markets.
  • Proficiency in Python and relevant machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Deep understanding of quantitative finance, statistical models, and time series analysis.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing and deploying successful trading strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a flair for creative and innovative thinking.
