Introduction

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our Growth Platform team at Basalam. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on one of Iran’s leading marketplace platforms and help millions of users sell and shop online.

You will work with an experienced team of engineers to enable the technologies required to make a business impact through experimentation at scale. We’ll give you the context, support, and resources you need, and won’t get in the way of you delivering great results.

How you’ll make an impact

Take responsibility for the whole life cycle of your initiatives: from ideation and research to driving development and analyzing performance for future optimization.
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our business, users, and technology.
Build test plans and, for successful tests, manage the implementation.
Shape your initiatives in line with Basalam’s strategy and our business priorities.

What we’re looking for

1-3 years experience working as a Product Manager.
Passion for creating SaaS products.
Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
Excellent understanding of Basalam product teams’ needs.
Proactive attitude: You find and evaluate problems to solve, rather than document stakeholder requirements.
Good leadership skills: You know what you want to achieve, can inspire others to follow your vision, and have the drive to push your ideas through to execution.
Profound understanding of OKR and efficient goal setting
Technical background or extensive technical knowledge

What makes you stand out

Experience in B2B SaaS products.

Proficiency in working with marketing automation platforms.

Familiarity with data pipelines, behavioral events, software architecture, experimentation methodologies, and forward compatibility.
