Job Description

The Business Strategy Expert plays a vital role in driving the growth and success of an organization by developing and implementing effective business strategies. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. As a Business Strategy Expert, you will have the opportunity to analyze market trends, evaluate business opportunities, and provide valuable insights to senior leadership. By leveraging your expertise in business strategy, you will contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives that enhance the organization's performance, foster innovation, and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Assisting the head of ISI (Innovation, Strategy, and Insight) in managing the end-to-end strategic planning process, including business assessment, valuation, cascade planning, and strategy tracking
Monitoring the due diligence process
Assisting in the planning and deployment of major capital expenditures, new business developments and other key projects and strategic initiatives
Analyzing markets and growth opportunities (internal and external)
Collaborating with members of the senior leadership team on cross-functional projects
Assisting in the development of the long-term strategic plan for Marina
Drafting proposals, presentations, and other deliverables to senior leadership in support of acquisitions, investments and other strategic initiatives

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required, MBA a plus
3+ years of relevant experience, with corporate development, consulting, or FMCG experience highly preferred
The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership skills, with strengths in the areas of strategic thinking, financial modeling, business writing, assessing business risk, and displaying the ingenuity and tenacity to successfully manage projects
