Job Description:
Leading and managing the content Studio team in order to increase productivity and quality of the team
Leading and managing the content Studio team in order to increase productivity and quality of the team
- Review and design photo guideline by benchmarking through trusted and well-known companies and analyze final guidelines through A/B test and focus groups
- Using AI tools and automated solutions in order to increase productivity and quality of retouch photos
- Collaborating with content manager in order to execute requested strategies such as launch new working line in studio
- Monitor and analyze performance of content studio FTEs and improve effectiveness and quality of them
- Provide Daily and weekly report to content manager
- Work closely with other content working line to ensure consistent and comprehensive communication efforts
- Measure conversion rate of content studio through collaboration with commercial team with using A/B Test and heat map
