We are seeking an experienced and passionate Operation Product Manager to join our team. The Operation Product Manager will be responsible for overseeing the product development process, supporting the scrum team, defining plans based on the product vision, managing backlog items, and optimizing the value of the product(s). Additionally, you will engage with various stakeholders to ensure alignment with the organization's vision and mission.
Objectives of this Role
- Manage development teams, define the product roadmap, and identify growth opportunities.
- Effectively communicate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, collaborating with them to craft the vision and develop the concept of the product.
- Work with cross-functional teams to analyze needs, improve processes, and align the product roadmap with strategic goals.
- Stay current with agile/scrum best practices and industry trends.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities
- Plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and guide product development.
- Create detailed product feature specifications and ensure the development team fully understands them.
- Focus on process improvement and identify areas for enhancement.
- Document and prioritize user stories, epics, and themes to ensure alignment with the product strategy.

-Regularly visit operational locations, such as warehouses, stores,.. to monitor processes and work on improving efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate the success of launched features, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Act as the product ambassador both internally and externally, sharing knowledge and addressing product-related questions.
