Role Overview:
As a Product Lead, you will be at the heart of our product innovation. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to define, build, and scale products that delight our users and align with our business goals. This role is perfect for a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a hands-on approach to product management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user needs, market trends, and business opportunities.
  • Lead product development from ideation to launch, partnering with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
  • Analyze product performance, gather user feedback, and iterate to improve.
  • Advocate for the customer, ensuring their voice guides decision-making.
  • Drive the development of metrics to measure product success and ROI.
Qualifications:

  • E-commerce and retail experience.
  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Experience with JIRA, Figma, analytics tools, SQL.
