- 2+ years experience
- Passion for working on complex topics that require thinking about the complete business and product processes.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
- Have technical proficiency i.e. understand software development processes and can clearly outline logic and processes.
- A can-do attitude with excellent problem-solving skills despite tight deadlines or limited resources.
- Having a deep knowledge of critical e-commerce metrics.
- Understanding of shopping concepts like SEO, Search, and Recommendation.
- Able to work with data tools like Google Analytics, HotJar, Clarity, and Looker Studio.
- Experience in designing A/B tests.
- Good understanding of UX and tools to measure it.
Good to have
- Great project management.
- Experience with SQL.
- Marketing, commercial background.
- Good eye for design
How will you add value?
- Taking full ownership of their domain.
Define tasks on Jira for their domain.
- Define the roadmap for their domain and break it down into OKRs and KPIs.
- Break down the roadmap into small deliverables for each sprint.
- Collaborate and align with internal stakeholders on requirements, including Business, Engineering, and Product teams.
- Be on top of business priorities and change the roadmap to support new business priorities.
- Participate in scrum meetings (Standups, Refinement, Retrospectives, etc) and make tickets/sprints on Jira.
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders including the CEO on updates on roadmaps/sprints/new releases.
