The Product Manager is expected to:
- Understanding product strategy / roadmap, markets, and user requirements in depth.
- Writing product specifications, user stories and building wireframes. Working closely with UX/UI designers to deliver simple and engaging user experience.
- Launching product.
- Combining both metrics and user feedback data to evolve products that provide value to customers.
- Collaborating with other teams to align plans and unblock development.
- Planning for product growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Product Manager
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Management, Industrial engineering, IT preferred)
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Examples and at least one sample of an effective document delivered in the past
