شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for an experienced and strategic leader to guide our data initiatives, empower team members, and drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.


Responsibilities

  •  Lead and mentor the data team, supporting their technical and professional growth. 
  •  Define and drive the data strategy aligned with business and product goals. 
  •  Oversee data analysis projects and ensure high-quality, impactful outcomes. 
  •  Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to identify opportunities and deliver data-driven solutions. 
  •  Establish best practices for data analysis, experimentation, and reporting. 
  •  Design and supervise A/B tests and statistical analyses to evaluate product and business changes. 
  •  Define and monitor KPIs, metrics, and OKRs, ensuring alignment across teams. 
  •  Ensure data quality, integrity, and governance across all data systems. 
  •  Communicate insights and strategies effectively to stakeholders at different levels, including leadership. 
  •  Contribute to building scalable data infrastructure and improving data pipelines. 

Required Skills

  •  7+ years of experience in data analysis, with proven experience in leading data teams. 
  •  Strong expertise in SQL and BI tools such as Metabase and Trino. 
  •  Deep understanding of databases like ClickHouse and MySQL. 
  •  Solid background in statistics, experiment design, and A/B testing. 
  •  Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in Python. 
  •  Experience working with data pipelines and tools like Kafka and Airflow. 
  •  Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 
  •  Ability to translate business needs into data strategies and actionable insights. 

Preferred / Optional Skills

  •  Experience in building and scaling data teams in fast-growing environments. 
  •  Strong mentoring mindset with a track record of developing team members. 
  •  Experience in designing data architecture and improving data platform scalability. 
  •  Familiarity with modern data stack and cloud-based data solutions.
