شرح موقعیت شغلی

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Identifying and documenting existing internal & external Business processes 
• Mapping and documenting business processes using process mapping tools
• Analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement
• Working closely with various departments and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure alignment on process changes
• Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as needed
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to deploy automation tools and technologies that enhance process efficiency
• Providing support training to ensure that processes are understood and followed correctly
• Oversees the development of business processes
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership

• Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, Visual Paradigm) and other relevant software
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel for data analysis
• Proficiency in BPMN 2.0 standards and process modeling tools such as Bizagi, Lucidchart, or Visio
• Hands-on experience in process improvement, gap analysis
• Experience interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders to gather requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business process analysis, preferably in insurance, fintech, or startups

• Skills in data analysis with advanced knowledge of SQL and Excel
• Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies
• A degree in Industrial Engineering or related fields
