We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Manager to lead our customer and seller lifecycle communications, marketing automation initiatives, and CRM performance optimization efforts.
Responsibilities:
Own CRM and lifecycle marketing strategy across customer and seller journeys
Design and optimize onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation programs
Develop customer segmentation strategies based on behavioral and transactional data
Increase activation and engagement rates through personalized communication plans
Design, implement, and optimize automated customer journeys and workflows
Manage marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
Create trigger-based campaigns based on customer behavior and lifecycle stage
Ensure accurate customer data flow and automation execution across systems
Identify drop-off points across CRM touchpoints and lifecycle stages
Improve lead-to-customer and seller activation conversion rates through targeted communications
Collaborate with product and growth teams to optimize onboarding and conversion experiences
Support experimentation initiatives including A/B testing of CRM journeys, messaging, and offers
Build dashboards and reports to measure campaign effectiveness
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to generate actionable insights
Work with analytics teams to improve audience targeting and lead scoring models
Partner with Acquisition, Product, Sales, and Data teams to ensure seamless customer journeys
Support business growth initiatives through CRM-driven engagement programs
Align lifecycle communications with broader marketing and commercial objectives
Coordinate campaign execution and automation operations
Ensure best practices in lifecycle marketing and customer communication
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
4+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Growth Marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and segmentation
Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with BI tools
Experience with GA4, Google Tag manager
Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
