• Own the continuous improvement of our insurance renewal operation by identifying growth opportunities, operational bottlenecks, and customer pain points.
• Analyze operational and customer data using SQL and BI tools to uncover actionable insights that improve conversion, productivity, and customer experience.
• Listen to customer calls and review agent interactions to identify patterns, friction points, best practices, coaching opportunities, and process improvements.
• Combine quantitative analysis with qualitative customer insights to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Design, prioritize, and run experiments to improve renewal conversion rates, agent performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Translate insights into clear recommendations and business cases backed by data.
• Drive projects proactively by aligning stakeholders, removing blockers, following up relentlessly, and ensuring successful execution.
• Challenge existing processes and build scalable solutions rather than temporary fixes.

• Exceptional analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into practical business actions.
• Experience identifying operational inefficiencies and leading improvement initiatives.
• Ability to derive meaningful insights from both data and customer conversations.
• Experience designing, running, and evaluating experiments or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and delivering measurable business impact.
• Strong SQL skills and the ability to independently extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
• Project management skills with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
• A high level of ownership—you don't stop at identifying problems; you make sure they're solved.
• Comfortable working with Product, Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Data, and frontline teams to drive change.
• Curious, proactive, and persistent, with a bias for action and a passion for continuous improvement.
