We are looking for a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to execute and optimize customer and seller lifecycle communications, marketing automation workflows, and CRM campaigns. This role is responsible for implementing customer journeys, managing CRM channels, supporting conversion improvement initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of lifecycle marketing programs. The ideal candidate combines strong execution skills, analytical thinking, and hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.
Responsibilities:
Gather lifecycle requirements from Product, Marketing, Commercial, Sales, and other business teams
Translate business requirements into scalable customer and seller journeys.
Design and maintain lifecycle communication frameworks across onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation stages
Identify friction points and drop-offs across lifecycle stages and propose CRM solutions to improve conversion
Build and manage automated journeys, triggers, and communication workflows
Configure audience segmentation, personalization rules, and behavioral triggers
Ensure automation logic, data flows, and CRM processes are operating effectively
Monitor activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation performance
Identify lifecycle improvement opportunities through funnel analysis and customer behavior insights
Support experimentation initiatives across journeys, triggers, messaging, and communication timing
Drive continuous improvement of CRM-related conversion metrics
Support A/B testing initiatives across messaging, offers, and communication journeys
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
+3 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Marketing Automation, or Digital Marketing
Hands-on experience with CRM, Marketing Automation, and Customer Engagement platforms
Experience in designing and executing automated customer journeys, behavioral triggers, and lifecycle communication workflows
Familiarity with customer lifecycle management, audience segmentation, personalization, and customer journey mapping
Experience with campaign execution, A/B testing, funnel optimization, and performance reporting
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
Experience in building customer segments, defining event-based triggers, configuring automated journeys, and managing communication workflows
Familiarity with API-based integrations, customer data flows, event tracking, and CRM data structures is a plus
Technical Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with BI and reporting tools
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and digital campaign tracking
Hands-on experience with platforms such as WebEngage, Intrack
