The Campaign Specialist is responsible for the execution, coordination, and optimization of marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and seller engagement programs. This role plays a key part in implementing campaign plans, managing campaign operations, supporting seller acquisition and activation initiatives, and operating the Seller Club and loyalty programs.
Responsibilities:
Execute marketing and commercial campaigns across digital and offline channels with internal stakeholders and external partners
Manage and monitor campaign timelines, execution checklists, and operational requirements
Coordinate campaign assets, communication materials, landing pages, and operational requirements
Execute promotional activities including discounts, rewards, cashback offers, referral programs, and incentive schemes
Track promotion performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Operate and develop Seller Club initiatives to increase seller engagement and retention
Manage loyalty program activities including points, rewards, tiers, challenges, and engagement campaigns and monitor seller participation and engagement metrics
Support the design and execution of seller engagement journeys and communication plans
Analyze campaign results and prepare regular performance reports and campaign summaries
Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Product, Operations, and Data teams to support campaign execution
Ensure alignment between campaign objectives and business priorities
Support testing, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
+4 years of experience in Campaign Management, CRM, Loyalty Programs, Marketing Operations, or a related role
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with CRM platforms and customer engagement tools
Experience with Marketing Automation and Customer Journey Management platforms
Experience with BI and reporting tools
Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Data studio
Experience with segmentation, A/B testing, campaign performance measurement, and reporting
