At Azki, we are pioneers in digital transformation within the insurance industry, helping individuals and businesses find the best insurance products with ease. We offer a wide range of solutions designed to make insurance more accessible and transparent for everyone. We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, visually compelling, and user-friendly experiences that enhance engagement and efficiency across our platform.


Position Summary

As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences and interfaces across our web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that our solutions align with user needs and business objectives. Your work will involve user research, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, and usability testing, ensuring a seamless and aesthetically appealing experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that enhance usability and engagement.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and improve design decisions.
  • Ensure consistency and scalability by refining and maintaining design systems such as Material,Fluent and etc.
  • Analyze user behavior and A/B test results to iterate on UI/UX improvements.
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business needs into effective design solutions.
  • Ensure responsiveness and accessibility across different devices and platforms.
  • Establish effective collaboration and communication with various teams, especially the front-end team.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX solutions, design systems, and complex workflow designs.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and collaboration tools like Miro and Confluence.
  • Experience in creating UI/UX documentation, including user journey maps, user flows, and prototypes to support development teams.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions to enhance usability.
  • Experience designing for data-heavy interfaces, dashboards, and B2B platforms.
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices in usability testing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
