Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire and mentor a team of graphic designers, illustrators, and animators Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, vision and brand standards Oversee all aspects of pre-production, production, and post-production of creative Collaborate with marketing teams, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand design requirements and brand guidelines.
Conceptualize and develop creative and visually appealing graphic design solutions across various mediums (e.g., print, digital, web, social media).
Design high-quality marketing materials (e.g., brochures, flyers, posters, email templates, presentations, etc.).
Maintain a good relationship with print and production partners. Develop infographics and data visualizations to communicate information effectively.
Maintain brand consistency across all design materials. Source and manage brand assets, stock photos and illustrations.
Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends and software applications.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software, with a particular emphasis on InDesign.
Creative taste that comes from a solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen understanding of retail marketing principles.
Demonstrated ability to interpret briefs effectively and translate them into compelling visual solutions.
Willingness to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a dynamic, sometimes erratic work environment, while maintaining high-quality standards and attention to detail.
Can work independently and has a sense of ownership and pride on their work.
